Improve your whole body mechanics with our ‘Pilates for Cyclists’ Class.
This is a 6-week series led by Nicole Kutcher of Renew Pilates Studio in Easthampton. She will focus of self-myofascial release, stretching and strengthening your body with multi-planar movements that are designed to both support and counterbalance the work you do as cyclists.
The series will leave you with the tools necessary to take better care of yourself in the upcoming cycling season both on and off the bike. A pre-series intro will connect you with Nicole to personalize the experience and make sure the work you learn in focused for you. Tool kits will be provided and are yours to keep. Please bring your own exercise mat.
$180 for the series and space is limited to 10 people.
